anyone know this comedy move?

Kay, I saw this once years and years ago, So all i remember is its
about a guy who joins nasa.
And i think the guy was like accident pron or something..

I know its was a comedy, Probably about 13 or so years old..

I know im not giving you much, But if anyone know please tell me, Its
driving me nutz:)
