What's the name of this movie? a creepy movie about a magic pearly suit to revive a dead man?

Long long time ago, I saw a creepy old movie, about a man who died and
the father started to read an old book of secrets to revive, and the
book said that, the dead man (Who, I thought was his son) could revive
if he follows the rules to make for him a special suit , the suit
wasn't white, that was like pearly nacreous and it fabric was
difficult to get, the man tries to make it before the limit of time
that the book cited, finally the man make the suit , when the dead man
was in the coffin yet, and I thoug he revive with the pearly suit, but
like a zombie, I can't remember more, I think this is a very old
creepy film, I saw it when I was 12 and I was traumatized and I've
always wanted to see it again and know his name.
