Does anyone know a britain comedy show with these descriptions?

i saw this british comedy a few times some months ago.
the main character is this one black lady (i don't mean to be racist).
sometimes she's a policewoman with a favourite line "i am not to be
questioned", sometimes she's a janitor in a loo who sells stuffs,
sometimes she's an owner of a hair salon which always agues with
another hair salon across the street. If i'm not mistaken, there's
something that sounds like "jaslene" between one scene to another. The
humours are quite rude, but it's hilarious.
I've never catch this show anymore, does any of this ring a bell to
anyone?
