I Need The Name of this Movie?

Hi guys, I'm trying to remember the name of this movie that came out
when I was 16. It's like a police acamedy movie, but it takes places
on an airplane. NOTE: I'M NOT TAKLING ABOUT THE MOVIE AIRPLANE, I saw
that movie and is not that movie I'm talking about! Anyway I only
remember TWO SCENE, 1st scene, Start like that music video that Cyndi
Lauper did "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" that dad appears in that music
video he appears in this movie I'm talking about. The 2nd scene, takes
place inside the airplane, someone guys slip a drug to this passanger,
and that passanger starts to freak out. A stewdress grabs a Blanket
she kneels down and cover herself on the man lap. That the only two
scenes I remember.

NOTE: This is not a PORNO Movie, cos' I saw this movie on Fox, MTV,
and Comedy Central.
